What mindfulness is?

Mindfulness is a wise way to aproach  life  with body and soul to face all situations in a more clear and  accurate way, is about being aware of our thoughts, feelings and actions in every moment of our lives.

Being focused on the present and on one thing   at  a  time and not concerned about past or future events.

Living in a more mindful way is proven to help with many of the most common problems of modern society such as stress, anxiety, depression, TDA among others. The key is to focus on the present moment and be aware of what happen in our minds, understand it, accept it and no judge, let go and act in a right and wise way.

Art is an excellent way to practice mindfulness and this is something that I practice and I am studying so  I want to share with you throw my posts and my art.
