SHIPPING

  • All the shippings are made via Royal Mail with delivery confirmation and tracking number.
  • All original artwork  are insured. In an unlikely event of lost of damaged packages, you will be able to file a claim and receive a full refund from the carrier (if you will be able to provide the original packaging for inspection in case of damaged art) Please note that the refund is payed by the carrier, not the seller.
  • All fine art prints are sent directly from the printing service in the U.K. or U.S.A. depending on your location and with guaranteed replacement in case of lost.
  • You will receive an email notification on the day of shipping with a tracking number so you can track your package online.
  • Please allow 4-7 business days to process your order. Transit time is different for each country. (For more information about shipping times visit Royal Mail site)
  • Please make sure that your name and address is correct at checkout. If you will find any mistakes after the payment is made, please contact me immediately!
  • Seller is not responsible for any customs charges in your country. Please confirm the customs and import costs with your local post office or online before ordering, to avoid any surprise charges once your order has been delivered.

Damage During Shipping

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping you will receive a full refund or replacement if you provide all of the original packaging for the shipper’s inspection.

  • The refund will be issued by the shipper and not Marcela Díaz.
  • Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

ORIGINAL ART: 

If for whatever reason you have to cancel your order within 24 hours after the purchase, please contact me immediately. If the painting have not been shipped  yet I guarantee 100% refund.

AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER:

If the item you get is not the one you’ve ordered and was shipped to you by my mistake, 100% refund of the item price and shipping price is guarantied.

100% satisfaction guarantee. Please contact me with any concerns about your purchase as soon as possible. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your art, or it is not what you expected, you can return it within 7 days after you receive the package. I guarantee 100% item price refund , once I receive the item in it’s original condition. (The buyer is liable for shipping both ways)

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

* the painting is shipped to me after more than 7 days from the date of delivery

* the painting is shipped without the tracking number and insurance and was lost in the mail

* the painting is damaged

* does not include all original packaging

PRINTS

No Returns for Print Orders

  • Please note, all prints and accessories are specially created to order just for you.
  • Therefore, all sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges
There are no exceptions.
